2021 Lopez Island Studio Tour Registration

Participation is limited to Artists who live or work on Lopez Island. Artists must be closely associated with Lopez Island either as current residents (full or part-time) or work on the island as a full or part time artist.

How to Register

There are three components and easy steps in the online application process:

1. Studio Tour Registration

If you have a completed artist's profile with a user name and password associated with it, then you may proceed with the actual registration application for the 2021 Studio Tour.

We will need information about your plans for Studio Tour participation and an image representing your art. You may go here to login to register.

2. The Artist's Profile

This is information about each individual artist and it does not contain details about the 2021 Studio Tour itself. The profile must be complete and up to date, will be carried forward from year to year, and you will be able to update it online. Most Lopez artists already have a completed or the beginning of profile with an associated user name and password due to membership in the Lopez Artist Guild. If you received an emailed invitation to participate in the Studio Tour, then you are one of those artists and you may proceed to login to update your profile if necessary.

If you are not sure if you have an artist's profile in our system, or if you don't remember your user name and/or password, then go here to find out.

If you do not have an an artist's profile in our system then you are not a member of Lopez Artist Guild yet. You should become a member and you will be able to enter your profile during the application process. Please go to the Lopez Artist Guild website to apply for membership.

In case you do not wish to become a member, but still qualify to participate in the Studio Tour, then you may proceed to enter a new profile only.

3. Payment of Registration Fee

The fee for participation, which must be paid at the time of registration, is $135. The payment will be effected through a secure connection to PayPal and you may use a credit or debit card, or your PayPal account (no PayPal account is required).

Guidelines, terms and conditions

You will need to agree to the "Guidelines, terms and conditions" for participation in the Studio Tour before you can register for the Studio Tour itself or enter a new your artist's profile. They will be displayed for your agreement as you start the process. If you wish to see them at this time, then you may go here to view guidelines, terms and conditions.

Registration Schedule

The registration period is open from April 5, 2021 until April 23, 2021.

No registrations will be accepted after April 23, 2021.
